Independent · Remote · Based in practice, not process

A studio of one, working like a studio of ten.

I help teams adopt AI tooling, ship better web, and build internal tools that earn their keep. Engagements are direct, senior, and scoped to what you actually need.

§ 01 — Practice

Four disciplines, held to a single standard.

Most engagements start in one lane and grow. I’ll tell you early if another discipline would do more for the goal — including the ones I don’t practice.

01

Internal tools, agent workflows, model evaluation, and senior guidance for teams figuring out where AI actually earns its keep.

02

WordPress · Custom base theme

Web Development

Every site is built on the Studio Nord base theme — a Gutenberg-native WordPress foundation your team can edit without calling me, wired into the Studio Nord Dashboard for oversight.

03

Technical + editorial

SEO

Technical crawls run continuously from the Studio Nord Dashboard — broken links, missing titles, redirect chains surfaced automatically. Paired with content strategy that answers real business questions instead of celebrating rank positions.

04

Bespoke admin · Dashboards

Custom Internal Tools

Bespoke admin and analytics dashboards. Custom integrations with the platforms your team already uses — when the off-the-shelf reports don’t show what you actually need.

§ 02 — The dashboard

Every site I build ships with the Studio Nord Dashboard.

Every site I build comes with the Studio Nord Dashboard running behind it — in my admin, not yours. You get the reports, the faster site edits, and the content that actually earns its keep. I get the crawls, the keyword data, and the pipeline that makes it compound.

Continuous SEO crawling

Technical crawls on a schedule against every site I manage. Broken links, missing titles, redirect chains — classified as errors or warnings, surfaced with a health score, never buried in a monthly deck.

Keyword research from GSC

Your Google Search Console data in one screen — total keywords, 28-day clicks and impressions, striking-distance filter (positions 4–20) so we know which pages are three paragraphs from page one.

Content pipeline

Eight stages from Suggested to Published, each with topic, keywords, intent, priority, and a confidence score. Runs through Claude and your brand voice via the Nord Content Generator bridge.

Competitor intelligence

Monitor competitor content, surface gaps, respond with targeted drafts. Alerts for new activity. A “Quick Wins” list of low-effort, high-impact moves.

Reports, generated

Weekly, monthly, or custom date ranges — pulled from GA4, GSC, and the crawl data. Exportable. You get a link on the same day every month.

AI command center

Plain-English commands against your site — “duplicate the pricing page and update the hero to say X” — with a confirm-before-execute step. I run them. You get the outcome.

§ 04 — About

Studio Nord is run by one person. That’s the whole pitch.

I’ve worked in marketing agencies for 9+ years. I’ve been in onboarding, production, client success, and now senior development.

I work with various AI tools to get the most efficient and up-to-date output.

Person you talk to

§ 05 — How it works

A short intro, a clear brief, a tight loop.

01

Intro call

Free 30 minutes. You describe the problem; I tell you honestly if I can help.

02

Brief & quote

A short written proposal — scope, deliverables, price, timeline. No slide theater.

03

Weekly cadence

Working sessions, not status meetings. You see real progress every week.

04

Handover

Documentation, a Loom walkthrough, and a standing invitation to email with questions.

§ 06 — Field notes

“The first engagement I’ve had where the person writing the proposal was also the person shipping the code. Felt almost quaint. Turned out to also be cheaper.”
